Answers which may help you attend your first Men's Time event - Welcome!
How much does it cost?

Men’s Time events cost nothing – they are 100% free for participants.

Can anyone attend?

All males aged 18 or over are welcome. 

How do you select the activties?

Our Men’s Time programme features a wide range of activities, designed to be easy to learn and participate in. Past activities have included ole football, lawn bowls, table tennis, bowling, foot golf, fishing and snooker.

If there’s something else you would like to try, we are always open to suggestions!

Can I bring a friend?
What type of support does the session offer?

Each Men’s Time event is an informal opportunity to socialise and have a break from everyday life. The Foundation also aims to provide social support to combat loliness and isolation where appropriate.

Absolutely! You can come on your own or bring someone else for support or maybe you have a friend or relative that needs some support or haven’t been themselves. 

Are Men's Time sessions only available in West Norfolk?

Currently most of our events are within or near to King’s Lynn, but this is  something the Foundation aims to address in future subject to funding. If you have any suggestions regarding this, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
