If you don't have an email address , please check if you can use your partner's or friend's email, so we can send you a confirmation email after you've signed up to volunteer with us.
Please select ‘yes’ if you have any criminal convictions which are not yet spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If you are not sure whether your convictions are spent, guidance can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/rehabilitation-periods. If you have an unspent conviction, it doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t volunteer but we’ll need to consider it when reviewing your application. If you fail to disclose an unspent conviction, or provide false or misleading information, we may withdraw any volunteering opportunity.
